Guarantees
Due to the many conditions beyond
our control (such as delay or poor handling in
transit; improper care before and during planting;
drought, fertilizer and herbicide damage after
planting), we CANNOT GUARANTEE SURVIVAL OF PLANT
MATERIAL. We do everything possible to ensure
survival of all plant material.
Wholesaler Terms and Payments
All prices are F.O.B. our plantation
at Groton, New York. Fifty percent (50%) is
required as down payment at time of order. All
payments must be made on loading: either as cash,
check, or cashier's check, depending upon previous
written arrangements.
