• Steps in Making a Custom Home Page

• Step 1-Create a new document in WORD
• Step 2-Draw a “Text Box” and Type in “Sticky Note”
• Step 3- “Save As” a Single file web page (*.mht, *.mhtml)
• Step 4-Go to the Internet and find the sight you want to link to
• Step 5 – Copy that site URL to your clip board (“CTRL C”)
• Step 6 – Go back to your Word document
• Step 7 – Highlight the text you want to link to
• Step 8 - With the text highlighted right mouse click and paste the contents of the clip board (“CTRL V”)
• Step -9 Repeat Steps 2 through as many times as you wish
• Step 10 – Save your Word Document
• Step 11 – Launch your browser (Explorer?)
• Step 12 – Do a “file open” to the document you just created
• Step 13 – Make that open file your “Home Page when the browser opens.
• Step 14 – Update WORD document as needed
